At Ayat Jewelry, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders across Pakistan.

1. Shipping Locations

•      We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan only.

•      We deliver to all major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, and more.

•      We also deliver to smaller cities and towns across all provinces of Pakistan.

2. Order Processing Time

•      All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation.

•      Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

•      You will receive a confirmation call or message once your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

•      Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2 to 4 working days.

•      Other cities and towns: 4 to 7 working days.

•      Remote areas: Up to 10 working days.

•      Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

•      Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

•      Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount. Please check our website or social media pages for current offers.

•      Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Payment Method

•      We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

•      Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

•      Please have the exact amount ready to avoid any inconvenience at the door.

6. Order Tracking

•      Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS.

•      You can use this tracking number on the courier company's website to check your delivery status.

•      If you have not received your tracking number within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us.

7. Failed or Missed Delivery

•      If the courier is unable to reach you, they will attempt delivery again or contact you via phone.

•      Please ensure your phone is reachable during the expected delivery window.

•      If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or an unreachable customer, the order will be returned to us and you will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

•      Repeated refusals at delivery may result in your account being blocked from future orders.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

•      If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

•      In the rare case of a lost parcel, we will investigate with the courier company and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

•      Ayat Jewelry is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the courier company, but we will always do our best to assist you.

•      All Ayat Jewelry orders are carefully packed to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition.

•      Our packaging is also gift-ready, making it perfect for gifting to your loved ones without any extra wrapping needed.
