2. Orders & Availability
• All orders are subject to product availability. In case an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
• Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are correct at the time of ordering. Ayat Jewelry is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
3. Pricing
• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• The price shown at the time of placing your order is the final price you will pay upon delivery.
4. Payment
• Ayat Jewelry currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
• Payment is to be made at the time of receiving your order from the courier.
• Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to avoid any inconvenience.
5. Shipping & Delivery
• We deliver nationwide across Pakistan only.
• Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 working days depending on your location.
• Delivery charges may apply and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• Ayat Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or other external factors.
6. Return & Exchange Policy
• We accept returns or exchanges only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Return or exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us via our Facebook or Instagram page with your order details and photos of the issue.
• Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
7. Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via our Facebook or Instagram page.
• Repeated order cancellations or refusals at delivery may result in your account being blocked from future orders.
8. Product Description & Images
• We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.
• Slight variations in color may occur due to different screen settings and lighting conditions in product photography.
• Such minor variations do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for return.
9. Intellectual Property
• All content on our website and social media pages including images, logos, text, and designs are the property of Ayat Jewelry.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
• Ayat Jewelry shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
